Ready to leave the station next month?
It took a few days to get to the bottom of this… On Tuesday, various outlets were directing their attention to the website of production outfit Freefall Films.
On their “upcoming projects” roster, they had the Terror Train remake – which we gave you the exclusive dirt on – listed as going into production next month with director Alex Wright attached.
It’s a load of bunk. I reached out to Freefall on Tuesday morning and did not receive any response to my queries. But after making a few phone calls to those close to Terror Train, I was told there is no script ready, furthermore, no director involved.
There is a bit of truth to the info on Freefall’s site – Emmet/Furla Films is producing. And, as we stated in our previous report, Phillip Goldfine of Steamroller Productions will still be shepherding the project along.
