Phoenix dusts off horror script
Phoenix Pictures is moving forward on a horror film first announced in early 2007.
Marcel Langenegger (Deception) has signed a deal to develop the horror film Mile Zero and Milla Jovovich is in talks to star. The Resident Evil vet will play a woman who heads to an oil drilling station where a terrible murder had happened to decades back. Out to erase the notion that her father was responsible for the deaths, she discovers a supernatural force lying in wait.
Phoenix execs Mike Medavoy, Arnold Messer and Brad Fischer and Zodiac scribe James Vanderbilt are producing.
