Shymalan scores a leading lady
Actress Zooey Deschanel (Almost Famous) is on board M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening. She’ll be playing opposite Mark Whalberg experiencing whatever “natural crisis that threatens Mama Earth” Shyamalan has cooked up for his post-Lady in the Water effort. Shooting begins this August.
