The Perfect Guy’s David M. Rosenthal to direct How It Ends
David M. Rosenthal will direct Sierra Pictures’ action thriller screenplay How It Ends, written by Brooks McClaren. The project is being produced by Paul Schiff Productions as well as Sierra Pictures, which is developing and financing the project. Sierra’s Nick Meyer will executive produce. Sierra/Affinity will handle international sales of the project.
In How It Ends, when a mysterious apocalyptic event turns the roads into mayhem, a young father will stop at nothing to get home to his pregnant wife on the other side of the country.
Rosenthal most recently directed The Perfect Guy, which debuted at No. 1at the box office when it opened nationwide in September of this year. His other credits include A Single Shot and Falling Up.
Kelly McCormick, Sierra/Affinity’s Executive Vice President of Production and Development, is overseeing the production for the company.
Rosenthal is represented by WME, his manager Tom Lassally at 3 Arts Entertainment, and attorney Alex Kohner of Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Krintzman Rubenstein Kohner & Gellman.
