“CSI” creator Anthony Zuiker has set up action series “Jax and Amber” at CBS, reports Variety.
The project centers on two female detectives who harbor a unique insight into solving crimes.
Elizabeth Devine, a veteran of all three “CSI” editions, is writing “Jax and Amber” and will executive produce.
Also onboard as executive producers are Zuiker and Deran Sarafian (“House”), who would direct the project should it go to pilot.
