Aside from a lot of basketball, I didn’t watch a lot this week other than attending a screening of Insurgent and I watched Backcountry on a screener and will be reviewing soon enough.
Other than reading, I did finish Nick Cutter‘s “The Deep” recently and if you’re a fan of early Stephen King and John Carpenter‘s The Thing, then I definitely recommend you pick it up. You’ll love it. Recently I started reading Dennis Lehane‘s “The Given Day” and I really love Lehane’s writing, he sets a scene and drops you smack dab in the middle of it.
This week I have a screening Get Hard on Monday and I might check out Home on Tuesday, but I can guarantee you it will be all about basketball once again come next Thursday and all day tomorrow.
