[amz asin=”B00MG4RIXU” size=”small”]Warner Home Video is releasing several behind the scenes clips from the forthcoming extended edition of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and today comes a look at the performance capture work Benedict Cumberbatch put in not only voicing the dragon Smaug, but his performance was used as well.
Unfortunately this behind the scenes peek doesn’t also include a look at the finished product, but Cumberbatch is definitely giving it his all. You can predorder the Blu-ray here as it hits shelves on November 4, check out a couple of additional clips below starting with the Cumberbatch bit.
