Trailer for Crowdfunded Ensemble Drama ‘Reach Me’ is Tiresome

After watching the trailer for Reach Me, a crowd-funded feature from 15 Minutes helmer John Herzfeld, I can’t say I see any reason to see the entire film. The story centers on the idea that a motivational book written by a mysterious man (Tom Berenger) goes viral and inspires a group of people to re-evaluate their lives. This includes people such as a journalist (Kevin Connolly), his fancy-pants editor who also likes to paint (Sylvester Stallone), a former inmate (Kyra Sedgwick), a hip-hop mogul (Nelly), an actor (Cary Elwes) and a violent undercover cop (Thomas Jane).

Yeah, it packs a large cast of names you remember hearing once and includes a few more where that came from such as Terry Crews, Kelsey Grammar, Danny Aiello and even Tom Sizemore?!?! Who put this thing together?

Any way, check out the trailer below, but don’t come complaining to me if you can’t finish it. Reach Me will be released in theaters and OnDemand/iTunes on November 21.
