Is Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu‘s Birdman as good as the early buzz indicates or is it a case of “the early bird gets the worm… and acts as if it ate caviar”? Early festival buzz is always a tough one for me to gauge until I’ve seen it for myself and with all the hype surrounding Birdman it sounds as if the film lives up to it and then some, but we’re still a month away from the October 17 release date.
