I must say, after October last year went pretty much horror free (Insidious: Chapter 2 came out mid-September), 2014 has its fair share of horror including The Conjuring prequel Annabelle, board game horror Ouija, Harry Potter horror Horns, CG Dracula horror in Dracula Untold and now Kevin Greutert‘s (Saw 3D, Saw VI) Jessabelle.
Just today Lionsgate moved Jessabelle from a late August release to November 7. The film follows the title character (Sarah Snook), a young woman returning to her childhood home in Louisiana to recuperate from a horrific car accident when she comes face to face with a long-tormented spirit that has been seeking her return — and has no intention of letting her escape. Mark Webber, David Andrews, Joelle Carter, Ana de la Reguera, Larisa Oleynik, Chris Ellis, Fran Bennett and Amber Stevens co-star.
