Open Road has premiered the first JOBS trailer, featuring Ashton Kutcher as the late founder of Apple, Steve Jobs.
Directed by Joshua Michael Stern, the film is said to detail the major moments and defining characters that influenced Jobs on a daily basis from 1971 through 2001, plunging into the depths of his character, creating an intense dialogue-driven story that is as much a sweeping epic as it is an immensely personal portrait of Steve Jobs’ life.
Along with Kutcher the film stars Dermot Mulroney, Josh Gad, Lukas Haas, J.K. Simmons and Matthew Modine.
It was originally supposed to be in theaters this past April after it premiered at Sundance, but was later delayed to August 16. Give the trailer a look below along with a few new pictures.
