Universal Pictures revealed the following first look picture of the Despicable Me 2 super villain El Macho (voiced by Benjamin Bratt) and apparently he rides a flying, missle-ready shark. Just when you thought they were going to go for realism… am I right? Bratt stepped to voice the character when Al Pacino bailed on the production.
The sequel to the 2010 hit featuring Steve Carell as the one-time villainous Gru, his adopted young girls and, of course, his minions must once again take on the forces of evil.
Along with Carell and Bratt additional voice actors include Kristen Wiig, Miranda Cosgrove, Russell Brand, Steve Coogan and Ken Jeong. The film hits theaters on July 3.
