The film sets out to tell the story of the South African leader and President from 1994-95 and his early life, coming of age, education and 27 years in prison. It was described last night as something of the “rock star” version of Mandela’s life, replete with explosions, action sequences and an upbeat teaser trailer.
The film is set to hit theaters on November 29. Check out the poster below.
