First ‘Prometheus’ Clip Features “The Landing”

You didn’t think Fox was done giving you Prometheus goodies did you? They’ve teased the hell out of the film with trailers and now the clips have… landed.

This first clip is called “The Landing” and, well, I don’t really want to give it away, but it features the spaceship known as Prometheus and it… lands. For the spoiler conscious this isn’t any big deal as much as it is a display of some of the film’s effects and a cursory introduction to the film’s characters. This is likely a scene that takes place in the film’s first 10 minutes so I don’t think you’re going to hurt your enjoyment by watching it.

Then again, I only skimmed it with the sound off, perhaps the secret to the entire thing will be revealed. Click forth at your own risk.

You can watch the clip in HD at Apple.

Prometheus hits theaters on June 8. The film is directed by Ridley Scott and stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba and Logan Marshall-Green.
