Warner Bros. just sent over 64 new images from Clint Eastwood‘s J. Edgar bringing my gallery of images from the film up to 74 total pictures including a pair of posters. Just above you see one of many new images featuring Leonardo DiCaprio as elder J. Edgar Hoover, the controversial FBI director whose story the film seeks to tell.
Written by the Oscar-winning screenwriter of Milk, Dustin Lance Black, the film co-stars Naomi Watts as Helen Gandy, Hoover’s longtime secretary; Armie Hammer as Hoover’s protege Clyde Tolson; Josh Lucas as the legendary aviator Charles Lindbergh, whose son’s kidnapping changes the public profile of the F.B.I.; and Judi Dench as Hoover’s over-protective mother, Annie Hoover.
