Fox just made available the teaser that played last week at the San Diego Comic Con for their upcoming release Rise of the Planet of the Apes and things don’t exactly end well for the man in the chopper.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes hits theaters on August 5 and I can’t quite figure out if this film is going to be badass or just plain bad. Also, will they talk in the movie? My guess is one of them will say one word at the very end, which will take us into the sequel.
Starring James Franco, John Lithgow, Freida Pinto, Andy Serkis, Brian Cox, David Oyelowo and Tom Felton, Rise of the Planet of the Apes is set in present-day San Francisco and reveals the origins of a war that ultimately led to a global apocalypse – and to Earth becoming the Planet of the Apes.
