Warner Bros. has been premiering four minutes from their upcoming superhero flick Green Lantern at a couple of conventions recently on the heels of WB head honcho Jeff Robinov admitted the first trailer was underwhelming. Robinov made up the excuse they were “on a learning curve in getting 3-D materials and marketing materials on the same schedule” and so in response they are now offering fans a second look by way of four minutes from the film.
Featured below are said four minutes along with a new poster for the film starring Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern, a cocky test pilot who becomes a ring-wearing intergalactic superhero. The film is directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royale) and is set for a June 17, 2011 release. Starring alongside Reynolds are Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Tim Robbins, Temuera Morrison, Angela Bassett, Jon Tenney and Mark Strong.
