I have seen the upcoming comedy Youth in Revolt starring Michael Cera and also interviewed Cera here in Seattle last week. The film is set for a January 8 release, and I will post my review and interview that week, but I can tell you one thing, this is a really funny movie I hope gains some attention.
The movie is based on the C.D. Payne novel of the same name telling the story about the wild adventures of a teenage boy named Nick Twisp (Cera) who meets the girl of his dreams while on a family vacation and has to turn his life and the lives of all those around him upside down in order to be with her.
Today a new trailer for the film has hit the Internet and it’s a red band and not safe for work trailer so know you have been warned. You can check it out directly below.
