MUST BUYS
One of only two Must Buys this week is a major one in my opinion. Things We Lost in the Fire was BUY IT AT AMAZON
With almost every single Disney Platinum Edition DVD you get a Backstage story that gives you new insight into the animation process as it changed over the years. Not only does Disney’s release of 101 Dalmations give you a great animated movie it introduces you to the Xerox process. Yet another example of how Disney was, at one time, the leader in animated feature films. BUY IT AT AMAZON
THE REST
I don’t include Into the Wild in the Must Buy category because, while it is a perfectly fine movie, it isn’t one you aren’t going to watch over and over again. It pretty much boils down to a spoiled brat not realizing how good he has it, and there ain’t much more to the story. BUY IT AT AMAZON
I am going to be live-blogging this very soon as it looks to have everything needed for a snarky bit of commentary, hopefully you read that as me saying, “I think it looks awful.” BUY IT AT AMAZON
I probably should have added this title to my Worst Movie Titles list because it is a truly awful title. I have no intention of watching this film and hope I never have to. BUY IT AT AMAZON
