Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that Amy Smart is set to join Kiefer Sutherland and the sexy Paula Patton (Deja Vu) in Alexandre Aja’s upcoming horror Mirrors.
The 20th Century Fox thriller finds Sutherland playing an ex-cop who works security at a mall and discovers something awry in the mirrors of a department store. He tries to discover the origin of the evil and soon discovers that there are murderous reflections out for revenge. He traces the haunted occurrences back to a hospital and a schizophrenic patient’s evil spirit trapped in a mirrored room. Excuse me while I chuckle a bit at that synopsis.
B-D also revealed the rest of the cast made up of no-names and not-so-named actors including Cameron Boyce, Erica Gluck, Mary Beth Peil, John Shrapnel, Jason Flemyng, Tim Ahern, Julian Glover, Josh Cole, Ezra Buzzington, Ioana Abur, Bart Sidles and Roz McCutcheon.
