David Benioff penned such films as Troy and 25th Hour and also wrote the script for the forthcoming Wolverine spin-off and is now doing work for Disney with Gemini Man.
The pic has been around for years and Die Hard: With a Vengeance scribe Jonathan Hensleigh even took a stab at the story of which Benioff will be reworking from the groun-up.
The story centers on an over-the-hill hitman who is forced to do battle with a younger clone of himself.
Jerry Bruckheimer is producing and Benioff is said to be getting $2 million for his work. Now that is a nice chunk of change.
