Is it just me or do people seem to be down on Sienna Miller? Personally I like this girl, I think she is great. Even though Factory Girl wasn’t perfect she really was good in that flick and I want to see more of her, and guess what — wish answered. Miller is set to replace the annoying little starlett Lindsay Lohan in The Best Time of Our Lives for John Maybury.
Best Time already stars Keira Knightley, Cillian Murphy and Matthew Rhys and the drama is set to begin shooting in early May in Wales. The screenplay was written by Knightley’s mother Sharman Macdonald and is based on a rivalry between two women over the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas (Rhys). Miller will play his wife, Caitlin MacNamara, and Knightley plays his childhood friend Vera Phillips.
Lohan was expected to play Caitlin, but apparently couldn’t come to a deal for the picture and she dropped out. Boo hoo for her, hooray for us. I would rather watch Sienna Miller do anything instead of Lindsay Lohan and I don’t think any picture needs the hassle of the Hollywood nuisance.
