Dickhouse and Paramount in Cahoots

Variety is reporting that Jackass boys, Spike Jonze, Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine, and their Dickhouse Productions have signed a first-look deal with Paramount Pictures/MTV Films in a bid to expand the company’s brand beyond the gross-out franchise.

The idea behind the deal is to set up comedies for Knoxville to star in while Jonze and Tremaine would direct with a potential for horror films as well.

Word is that Paramount and MTV Films are already developing material with Dickhouse, including Hot Dog Wars, a previous project at the studio. So far, there has been no official word about a third Jackass movie even though the first two have grossed a combined $136.9+ million at the box-office.
