JoBlo has become Saw Central since Saw II was announced and they got the scoop on Darren Bousman as the director and they are continuing the tradition as Saw III gets closer and closer.
Today they bring us new story details for the upcoming installment as they give us the names and backgrounds on two of the victims of Jigsaw’s game, Lynn and Jeff. They go on to say that the producers are hoping for two bigger name actors to play the roles. As for the story details here is a snippet:

Saw III is currently set to begin filming May 1st in Toronto and is scheduled for an October 27 release.
