There is no doubt in my mind that if Tom Cruise’s Cocktail was made in this day and age of movie promotion we would have a cocktail recipe book with his big grin on it for drinks from sex on the beach, the schnapps made from peach, the velvet hammer, the alabama slammer. You would be home making things with juice and froth, such as the pink squirrel or the 3-toed sloth.
Drinks so sweat and snazzy, the iced tea or the kamakazi. The orgasm, the death spasm… the Singapore sling and the dingaling.
Dingaling?
Yup, that’s right America you would have a recipe for just about every flavor they’ve got, but like Brian said, “If you want to got loaded. Why don’t you just order a shot?”
God, I love that poem, obviously enough to add a few things here and there and change it up a bit, but on to what we are here for.
RopeofSilicon.com has just acquired an official book of drink recipe’s inspired by the upcoming Paramount film Alfie, starring Jude Law as he gives his own touch to the classic Michael Caine character about a womanzier learning the err of his ways, the hard way.
The recipe is in .pdf format so you will need Abode Acrobat to read the file, but once you check it out you will have the recipes for “The Alfie,” “Alfie’s Girl,” “My Place or Yours?” and “Morning Sex.” Now fellas if those aren’t drink names to help get your lady in the mood then maybe you ought to take a look in the mirror because something is definitely wrong there.
