A new Lilo & Stitch clip was released this week, and fans online were quick to note an error that has left some worried about the upcoming Disney live-action remake.
What CGI error did fans find in the Lilo & Stitch remake?
The new clip sees Lilo, Stitch, and Lilo’s sister Nani arriving at Nani’s job, and promptly putting Stitch inside of a baby seat to try and keep him contained. However, fans were quick to note that in the scene, Maia Kealoha (who plays Lilo) can be seen pointing behind Stitch and at the ground.
This is likely due to the fact that Kealoha is pointing to where some sort of stand-in for Stitch was while on set for the film. However, the CGI version of Stitch in the film is ahead of the marker, with some fans pointing it out very quickly.
This is completely on the director and not the kid but did they change where Stitch was gonna be placed in the shot???

“A live-action reimagining of Disney’s 2002 animated classic, “Lilo & Stitch” is the wildly funny and touching story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and the fugitive alien who helps to mend her broken family,” says the synopsis.
The script was written by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright, while Sanders and DeBlois wrote and directed the screenplay for the original 2002 movie. Sanders voiced the character in the original movie and numerous other projects, including Lilo & Stitch: The Series, 2005’s Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch, and 2006’s Leroy & Stitch.
