WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has called out The Wiseman, Paul Heyman, for not acknowledging Roman Reigns in favor of CM Punk. Last week’s WWE RAW at Madison Square Garden featured a steel cage main event between CM Punk and Seth Rollins.
In the final moments, Roman Reigns pulled Seth Rollins out of the cage, securing CM Punk’s victory. A furious Rollins watched as Reigns hit him with a spear and a curb stomp at ringside. Afterward, Reigns noticed Paul Heyman checking on CM Punk inside the ring.
In response, Roman Reigns entered the steel cage and viciously slammed CM Punk into the steel wall twice before finishing him off with a spear. Heyman stood in shock, stunned by Reigns’ actions. With all three set to appear on the upcoming WWE SmackDown, Rikishi criticized Heyman for choosing to console Punk instead of standing by Reigns.

Roman Reigns made his return to WWE RAW last week for the first time since the Royal Rumble, where Seth Rollins brutally attacked him. Reacting to his comeback on the Off The Top podcast, Rikishi highlighted its impact on WWE’s rising viewership and engagement.
However, he also addressed Paul Heyman’s reaction during the chaos. Instead of celebrating Reigns’ return, Heyman appeared more focused on consoling CM Punk after his loss to Seth Rollins.
He stated, “What the f*** was Paul Heyman crying for in the middle of the ring in Madison Square Garden? You got the money that came back, which is Roman Reigns. That’s your guy you’ve been riding with for four-something years. You didn’t get them damn suits [on your own]. Because you got them suits now, all hail the Tribal Chief.” [H/T: WrestlingInc]
Reports hinted months ago that WWE is planning a triple-threat match between Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins. It will be interesting to see what drama unfolds when all three stars appear on WWE SmackDown in Bologna, Italy.
