As mentioned above, Episode 15 titled “Acolyte” showed Maggie and the officers searching for a new dangerous serial killer in the city. However, OA was missing in the quest, leaving fans confused about why is he skipping such an important mission. Notably, this was the no-nonsense cop’s second absence in the recent episodes. The first time was in Episode 12 as he perhaps needed time off after the events of the shootout shown in the previous episode.
While the exact reason for his latest absence is unknown, fans are speculating that OA might have taken a leave for a breather after Episode 14’s events. On the other hand, many feel that he must be looking after his girlfriend Gemma Brooks. In the previous episode, she was critically injured following a train hijacking explosion.
