Vin Diesel and Gal Gadot first met on the set of Fast & Furious (2009), where Gadot played Gisele Yashar.
They have remained friends since then. Diesel has publicly acknowledged their bond, sharing on social media, “There are no words I can say that can convey how proud I am of you,” after Gadot’s success in Wonder Woman (2017) (via US Magazine).
Gadot returned to the Fast & Furious franchise in Fast X (2023) after her character had been absent since Furious 7 (2015).
