Two more actors have joined the cast of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey.
Following the Oscar-winning Oppenheimer movie released in 2023, Nolan is now working on an adaptation of The Odyssey, which will be released in theaters this coming July. Matt Damon will be playing the hero Odysseus in the film.
Michael Vlamis and Iddo Goldberg have now both been cast in The Odyssey, per Deadline. It is unclear who they will be playing.
Vlamis is known for playing Micahel Guerin in The CW’s Roswell, New Mexico series. He starred in a 2021 horror movie called The Resort and recently made his feature film directorial debut with Crossword, which premiered at the Austin Film Festival in October 2024.
Goldberg, meanwhile, played Bennett Knox on the Snowpiercer series, while he’s also had roles in Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Peaky Blinders, Salem, Supergirl, The Lasy Tycoon, Westworld, and Ghosts of Beirut. His filmography includes 2008’s Defiance, 2009’s The Tournament, 2010’s The Tourist, 2017’s The Zookeeper’s Wife, 2018’s Driven, 2023’s Fear, and more.
