Invincible S03E04 Ending Explained With Nolan, Battle Beast & Allen’s Fates

Fans have been wondering what happened in Invincible Season 3 Episode 4‘s ending, especially the fates of Nolan/Omni-Man, Allen and Battle Beast. The new season continues Mark Grayson’s heroics, and sees him go up against both new and old enemies.

Here’s everything that unfolded in the latest episode of Invincible S03E04.

What happened to Omni-Man, Allen and Battle Beast in Invincible Season 3 Episode 4?

In Invincible Season 3 Episode 4, two Viltrumites arrive at the space station prison holding Allen and Nolan/Omni-Man. They then begin torturing and punishing Nolan for betraying the Viltrum Empire. Allen soon frees himself and heads to the execution chamber.

On his way, Allen encounters numerous prison guards and opens the cells, releasing the inmates. Allen then releases Battle Beast, who makes short work of the guards. Battle Beast then expresses his desire to find and fight Viltrumites.

Allen informs him that two were in the prison but did not know the exact location. Battle Beast gets enraged and nearly kills Allen before the latter hears the sound of the punches Nolan was receiving. Battle Beast and Allen then heads to the room where Nolan was tortured.

Allen and Battle Beast then begin fighting the Viltrumites, but Nolan is devastated and stands aside. Allen then manages to convince Nolan to not give up and live for the galaxy’s good. This prompts Nolan to break free from his shackles and join the fight.

Allen then makes a hole in the prison wall that dragged him, Nolan, Battle Beast, the Viltrumites and the prison guards into outer space. The guards died as they could not handle the cold. Battle Beast and one Viltrumite soon floated away to an unknown place while fighting. Meanwhile, Nolan and Allen killed the other Viltrumite.

After the fight, Allen expresses worries about reinforcements arriving because of the prison break. However, Nolan assures him that it won’t happen. He backs his claims by saying there are only 50 pure-blooded Viltrumites in the galaxy.

Can Invincible’s Viltrum Empire be defeated?

The Viltrum Empire can very likely be defeated.

This is because Nolan and Thadeus have joined the Coalition of Planets. As such, with two pure-blooded Viltrumites, one of whom is incredibly powerful, now backing a powerful organization, the Empire has a good chance of being defeated.
