Recently, Musk brought his son X Æ A-Xii, where the 4-year-old interacted with President Donald Trump in front of the media. X Æ A-Xii was born in May 2020 and Musk made a post holding him on social media soon after.

The Tesla CEO brought an unexpected guest, his son X Æ A-Xii, also known as X, to the Oval Office on February 11, 2025. However, when the news reached Elon Musk’s former girlfriend and the mother of their son, Grimes, she didn’t seem happy about him being out in public.
On X (formerly Twitter), the singer was interacting with her followers, posting about commentator Ezra Klein when a follower replied to her post mentioning their son.
The user praised X for his cute mannerisms in their post and wrote, “Lil X was very polite today! You raised him well. He was so cute when he told DJT ‘please forgive me, I need to pee.'” Grimes, however, mentioned her disappointment with X being at the Oval Office and said she was unaware of it.
In her reply on social media, Grimes stated, “He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh.”
During his visit to the Oval Office, Elon Musk and Grimes’ son could be seen poking his father’s ears and making noises while Musk was standing next to the Resolute Desk speaking about DOGE. X also interacted with President Trump who gave a small introduction about him to the press.
Trump said to the media who were present, “This is X, and he’s a great guy. High IQ. He’s a high IQ individual.”
