ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Controversial Classics: German Cinema trailer, previewing the upcoming collection of five steamy films from Germany’s cinema history coming to IndiePix Unlimited.

IndiePix Unlimited has announced that five steamy movies will be released on the streaming platform beginning on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025. The five movies are part of a collection titled Controversial Classics: German Cinema. The collection joins classics from previous “Controversial Classics” collections, including one on Italian cinema that was released last year.

What movies are included with IndiePix Unlimited’s Controversial Classics: German Cinema?

The five films available in the Controversial Collections: German Cinema collection include 1970’s Hansel, Gretel and The Sensual Witch, 1973’s I Like the Girls Who Do, 1971’s The Love Keys, 1971’s Office Girls, and 1981’s Emannuelle’s Love Camp.

All five movies will be available to stream on February 14, 2025, on IndiePix Unlimited, which is available exclusively via Amazon Prime Video channels.

“While German Cinema is best known for pioneering silent films like Metropolis, Nosferatu, and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, directors like Fritz Lang, Wim Wenders, Werner Herzog, and Rainer Werner Fassbinder, as well as their annual Berlin International Film Festival, they’ve also managed to churn out some steamy celluloid that’d make Italian derriere-obsessed Master of Erotica, Tinto Brass, blush,” reads the collection’s official description. “This Valentine’s Day, join streaming subscription service IndiePix Films (found on Amazon Prime Video) as they celebrate some of the most controversial classics to hail from Deutschland!”

The German collection of Controversial Classics comes following a collection of films on Italian cinema that was released in October. That collection featured 1967’s Deadly Sweet, 1981’s Paprika, 1998’s Frivolous Lola, 1981’s Caligula & Messalina, and 1982’s Caligula: The Untold Story.

IndiePix Unlimited also unveiled a Controversial Classics: Dutch Cinema in August 2024, which included 1969’s Obsessions, 1971’s Blue Movie, 1973’s Frank & Eva, 1975’s My Nights With Susan, Sandra, Olga & Julie, and 1977’s The Debut.
