Johnny Knoxville and Josh Hutcherson are battling zombies with explosive diarrhea in a new clip for The Studio.
The Studio is a new Apple TV+ series created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Frida Perez, Peter Huyck, and Alex Gregory. Starring Rogen in the lead role, the Hollywood-set comedy series premieres next month.

What happens in The Studio clip?
The clip for The Studio sees Knoxville and Hutcherson starring in a fake movie, Duhpocalypse, which Seth Rogen’s character and a number of others are watching the trailer for. Kathryn Hahn informs the room that theater owners are refusing to show the trailer because of the diarrhea, which prompts a number of angry reactions.
“Are we losing the point of the film in the comedy? We made a dark satire about medical disinformation, and I don’t want that to get lost,” Knoxville’s character asks.
The cast of the show also includes Catherine O’Hara, Ike Barinholtz, Chase Sui Wonders, and Bryan Cranston, among others.
“As movies struggle to stay alive and relevant, Matt and his core team of infighting executives battle their own insecurities as they wrangle narcissistic artists and craven corporate overlords in the ever-elusive pursuit of making great films,” the logline reads. “With their power suits masking their neverending sense of panic, every party, set visit, casting decision, marketing meeting, and award show presents them with an opportunity for glittering success or career-ending catastrophe. As someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes movies, it’s the job Matt’s been pursuing his whole life, and it may very well destroy him.”
Rogen and Goldberg serve as executive producers alongside James Weaver, Alex McAtee, and Josh Fagen.
The first two episodes of The Studio will be released on March 26, 2025, on Apple TV+. New episodes will continue to drop on Wednesdays until the 10-episode season ends on May 21, 2025.
