The NYT Connections for today, February 6, can now be solved. While trying to solve today’s Connections, we, almost predictably, tried to group NOBLE, DUKE, and COUNT together before realizing there’s no fourth word that would fit the category. We also tried to group DIZZY and FAINT, but again, we failed to deduce the remaining words. Eventually, we figured out the Yellow Category first and the Green one soon after. Among the remaining ones, GIRAFFE stuck out like a sore thumb until we realized that one of the common themes has to be things that have necks. The leftover words formed the Purple Category.
