Phillip Pines claims in The Fall of Diddy that he worked as a personal assistant for the rapper between 2019 and 2021.
In the lawsuit Pines filed in December, he accuses his alleged former employer of sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking. Pines claimed that he was asked to drink alcohol with Diddy and his guests before being coerced to participate in the sex party. “I remember hearing the words prove your loyalty to me, [your] King,” an emotional Pines said during the interview.
According to Pines, Diddy massaged his shoulders like “a coach would give a player that’s about to enter the game.” The rapper would then allegedly give him a condom and send him toward a female guest. “I froze before it took place, I didn’t know what was happening,” Pines claimed. “In the moment it felt like what, is this fun for him? Is this a test for entertainment, does he know he’s doing this? Is he that gone?”
Furthermore, Pines said that he didn’t know what to do. According to him, the guest gave him consent. He added, “I performed for a little bit and then I ran out of there as soon as I didn’t see him in my sight anymore.”
Phillip Pines further claimed that he was remorseful about what transpired that day. Moreover, he said he agreed to follow what he alleged was Diddy’s orders because he was afraid of the musician. Pines also claimed he had seen the other man hit employees for antagonizing him.
At present, Diddy is in federal custody in Brooklyn, facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and other crimes. His trial is slated to start on May 5, 2025, and he also faces lawsuits from Pines and several others. However, Diddy and his team have denied the allegations.
