Magnolia Pictures has shared the official The Quiet Ones trailer for its upcoming suspenseful action thriller, inspired by on the biggest and most spectacular heist in Danish history. Prior to its theatrical and digital release date, the film was first screened at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
“In 2008, a group of men from Denmark and across Europe pulled off the biggest heist of all time on Danish soil. Kasper, a boxer with few chances left in life, is offered the opportunity to plan the robbery by its foreign initiators. At the risk of losing his family and everything that matters to him, he takes on the challenge in a bid to break all records and secure his place in the history books,” reads the official synopsis.

When is The Quiet Ones release date?
The Quiet Ones is scheduled to make its debut on February 21, 2025 in theaters and on digital platforms. The cast includes Gustav Dyekjær Giese as Kasper, Amanda Collin as Maria, Reda Kateb as Slimani, Christopher Wagelin as Hasse, Jens Hultén as Joppe, Granit Rushiti as Mo, Amin Ahmed as Warsame, Camilla Lau as Aaliya, and more.
Based on real events, the film is directed by Frederik Louis Hviid from a screenplay written by Anders Frithiof August. It is produced by Kasper Dissing, Thomas Kristensen, Lizette Jonjic, and Jean-Christophe Reymond. The creative team includes cinematographer Adam Wallensten, editor Anders Albjerg Kristiansen, and composer Martin Dirkov.
