Alexa Havins’ Lulu Spencer recently got out of a coma following a liver transplant. However, her peace was short-lived with the entry of her uncle Cyrus Renault, who utterly ruined her life. As a result, Lulu jumps off her bed and manages to escape from the hospital to protect herself from her evil uncle and sets off to begin a new life.
She decides to return to her hometown, and on her way crosses paths with Cody Bell. He helps Lulu with some money so that she could safely return home. However, Lulu’s problems are not over as she doesn’t realize realize that a long time has passed since her accident and the dynamics among her friends and family members have now changed drastically.
After getting home, she meets James but walks out after he starts calling for his mother. Later, Lulu meets Gio and learns that he was the nephew of Lois. She couldn’t come to terms with the fact that so much time has passed and Rocco has now grown up.
As per the latest spoilers, in a shocking moment, Dante sees Lulu with Rocco (via Soap Opera Digest).
