CM Punk Takes Aim at Seth Rollins Ahead of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames

CM Punk appears to have taken a jab at Seth Rollins ahead of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024. At the premium live event, the original Bloodline and new Bloodline will face off inside the WarGames match.

Both teams needed one final member to complete their rosters. Solo Sikoa added Bronson Reed to his new Bloodline team. Meanwhile, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Jimmy Uso of the original Bloodline tried to recruit several stars. Among them, Rey Mysterio, Bron Breakker, and Kofi Kingston rejected their offers.

Additionally, Sami Zayn approached Seth Rollins but could not convince him to join the Original Bloodline due to Rollins’ ongoing conflict with Roman Reigns. Despite being asked twice, Rollins firmly declined. Left without a fifth member, Paul Heyman announced CM Punk as their final member on last week’s WWE SmackDown.

With Punk joining the Original Bloodline, fans speculate this could spark a feud between Punk and Seth Rollins. By filling the spot Rollins could have had ahead of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, Punk subtly took a shot at Rollins ahead of the premium live event.

CM Punk celebrates WWE’s anniversary with a shot at Seth Rollins

On November 25, CM Punk celebrated the anniversary of his WWE return by sharing moments on his Instagram stories. He posted a text exchange with WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin. He posted another story thanking Triple H, Nick Khan, Bruce Prichard, and the fans.

However, Punk chose an intriguing image to accompany his message. He shared a picture of Seth Rollins looking angry after Punk’s return at last year’s WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. In the image, Rollins is seen flipping him off, whereas Michael Cole is seen holding him back.

The timing of CM Punk’s mocking of Seth Rollins is interesting, especially as Punk decided to join the original Bloodline in their battle against the new Bloodline. Fans are now eagerly looking forward to seeing Rollins’ reaction to Punk aligning with the original Bloodline.
