Fans have been wondering whether Madelyn Cline’s Sarah Cameron dies in Outer Banks Season 4. This curiosity is rather unsurprising, considering how the character has had close brushes with death in prior installments. So, does Sarah die or does she make it out of the latest installment unscathed?
Here is Sarah Cameron’s fate in Outer Banks Season 4 explained.
Did Sarah Cameron die in Outer Banks Season 4?
No, Sarah Cameron does not die in Outer Banks Season 4.
She survives the events of the latest installment alongside most of the other Pogues like John B. and Kiara. The only main cast member who dies at the end of Season 4 is Rudy Pankow’s JJ Maybank.
However, Sarah nearly dies in Season 4. This happens in Episode 9, “The Storm,” when she and JJ are caught in a storm and she falls into the ocean. JJ tried to save her, but unfortunately, both seemingly didn’t make it. However, the two miraculously survive. This repeats the tradition of Sarah’s near deaths in previous seasons. In Season 1, Sarah and John B. nearly die when their boat capsizes. Season 2 sees Sarah almost die twice, once after being shot by her brother Rafe, and second after he tries drowning her. Then, in Season 3, Sarah is almost killed by Carlos Singh and his men, only for her father to save her by sacrificing himself.
Sarah Cameron sees a major positive development in Season 4 Part 2 when she becomes pregnant with her and John B.’s child. She and John B. initially attempt to get officially married, however, Town Hall closes at the time they want to do it.
Outer Banks Season 4 is currently streaming on Netflix. Besides Madelyn Cline and Rudy Pankow, the show stars Chase Stokes, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Drew Starkey, and Austin North. Josh and Jonas Pate, along with Shannon Burke, helmed the series.
