With Wicked set to hit theaters in a couple of weeks, fans are wondering whether major chains like AMC, Regal, and Cinemark are selling popcorn buckets, drinking cups, and merchandise themed after the movie. They also want to know the price of the Wicked popcorn bucket.

The following United States theaters are selling Wicked popcorn buckets, drinking cups, and merchandise.
AMC’s Wicked Popcorn Bucket
AMC will be selling two Wicked-themed popcorn buckets — a green and pink bucket, with the names Elphaba and Glinda emblazoned on it. Also sold are a GRIPPR cup with a topper that is colored either Elphaba green or Glinda pink. Both buckets and cups are part of the Collectible Combo that will be sold from November 21, 2024.
As for the pricing, the green and pink bucket cost $17.99 (plus tax) each. The Grippr drinking cup and translucent topper cost $24.99 (plus tax each).
Cinemark’s Wicked Popcorn Bucket
Cinemark will sell Wicked’s Elphaba and Glinda popcorn buckets as part of a “super ticket” offer that also includes a tumbler, a double-sided mini poster, and a medium drink, as well as a viewing of Wicked. This super ticket offer will be available at 6 p.m. on November 21, 2024, and will cost $30.
The theater chain will also sell two souvenir cups themed after Elphaba and Glinda. They will cost $8 each or $14 combined. Other Wicked merchandise that will be sold is two color-changing ICEE cups, each costing $15, a flying monkey plush, which costs $20, and t-shirts with the phrases “unlikely friendship” and “thrilling”, each costing $20.
Regal’s Wicked Popcorn Bucket
Regal Cinemas will sell popcorn buckets themed after Glinda and Elphaba, tumblers, and toppers. The theater chain will also sell a special lantern popcorn container and a witch hat cup themed after Elphaba.
Wicked releases in US theaters on November 22. Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande headline the film.
