Season 10 Episode 6 titled “Forget Me Not” featured clashes of opinions between Dr. Dean Archer and Dr. Caitlin Lenox, played by Sarah Ramos, over a patient’s procedure. The patient was Jordan, whose rockslide at a disciplinary camp caused massive injuries. His severe condition left doctors with just two options to treat him, surgery or medically.
Dr. Archer and Lenox had contradictory opinions about Jordan’s treatment. Lenox preferred to let him go for surgery but Archer wanted to treat him with medical options. Their conflict of decisions led to a tough call and Lenox’s wish is eventually heard. Dr. Samuel Abrams took Jordan to the operation theater and performed the surgery.
However, the surgery eventually went awry, risking Jordan’s life. Lenox is shocked after learning that Jordan didn’t survive. The patient’s demise leaves Dr. Archer extremely angry with Lenox, who didn’t hear his opinion to treat him through a medicinal route.
He goes to Lenox furiously and asks her to take accountability for her actions. The intense drama brewing between Lenox and Archer might cause an abrupt exit for either of them. Because of this, fans think that Director Sharon Goodwin might have to make a harsh decision to let one of her finest doctors go. Nevertheless, the upcoming episodes will confirm if Weber’s exit is planned or if he will continue to stay.
