Recent reports from Backstage Pass Q&A indicate that WWE officials have expressed interest in a match between Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. While it is unclear how far along the plans are. It was mentioned that there seems to be a genuine desire within the creative team for this match.
The reports state, “I know it’s been brought up. Unfortunately, I don’t know how high it’s made it but there is a real desire on some level of creative to do this match before the angle fizzles out.”
Rhea Ripley has also participated in intergender matches in WWE. However, with the ongoing storyline involving her, Liv Morgan, and Dominik Mysterio that has going on since April, it will be intriguing to see if WWE chooses to move forward with this matchup.
