ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive trailer for Feeling Randy, the upcoming coming-of-age comedy drama about a teenage boy who goes on a Vegas road trip with his friends while trying to figure out his sexuality.
“Inspired by actual events, the film follows the tumultuous, 1970s, coming-of-age journey of four teenage boys who covertly set off on a wild adventure to Vegas’ infamous Kitty Ranch, eager to experience the rite of passage that defines their transition into manhood,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “Amidst family turmoil—with a strict, traditional father and an oblivious mother—and crushing societal pressure, Randy’s journey is riddled with challenges. And while their story begins with a lighthearted quest for fun, it soon takes a deeper turn as Randy silently grapples with his identity in a decade of upheaval, marked by cultural change, when issues of self-acceptance and personal discovery were rarely spoken about. Forced to confront long-suppressed truths about himself ultimately leads Randy to a profound and unexpected revelation that reshapes not only his life but the friendship between the boys.”

When is the Feeling Randy release date?
Feeling Randy is scheduled to premiere at the Lumiere Theatre in Los Angeles on November 1. It will then be available to rent or own on major VOD streaming platforms, starting on November 5.
The film is written and directed by award-winning writer/director Dean Lent, based on actual events in his life. The cast includes Reid Miller (Joe Bell), Tyler Lawrence Gray (Wolf Pack), Kerrice Brooks (The Prom), Jonathan Silverman (Class Action), Marguerite Moreau (The Mighty Ducks), Blaine Kern III (The Underground Railroad), Shane Almagor (Star Wars: Skeleton Crew), Oliver Wyman Toads), Chris Mulkey (On The Basis Of Sex), Richard Riehle (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas) and Courtney Danforth (Poor Paul).
