Just in time for the forthcoming Halloween festivities, a collection of Blumhouse fan favorites are returning to theaters. BlumFest 2024 will be bringing six horror titles back to the big screen in participating AMC theaters starting on September 25 through October 30.
Blumhouse is a production company known for its wide array of horror offerings, from Get Out to The Invisible Man and M3GAN to the Insidious franchise, among a handful of others. With a slew of fans wanting to experience Blumhouse movies on the big screen once again, the company created an annual celebration called BlumFest to celebrate all things horror — and, of course, Blumhouse.
Now, with Halloween approaching, the company has revealed the six titles receiving theatrical rerelease treatments this 2024.
What are the movies included in the BlumFest 2024 lineup?
To commemorate the 15th anniversary of Paranormal Activity, the found-footage horror movie will kick off the event followed by Lights Out, Insidious: Chapter 2, Happy Death Day, The Black Phone, and Five Nights At Freddy’s.
Furthermore, moviegoers can get their hands on exclusive posters and stickers during the BlumFest 2024 celebration while supplies last.
“This whole month is a love letter to Halloween and our fans, and we’re grateful to our partners at AMC for joining us for BlumFest, our annual October celebration of all things Blumhouse. I can’t believe we’re already celebrating the 15th anniversary of Paranormal Activity, because it feels like we’re just getting started,” Blumhouse founder and CEO Jason Blum said in a statement (via ComicBook).
