Warner Bros. Discovery has announced the Trap 4K and Blu-ray release date, while also revealing that a digital version of the film will be available beginning on August 30, 2024.
When is the Trap 4K and Blu-ray release date?
Beginning August 30, Trap will be available for Premium Digital Ownership at home and for 48-hour rental on participating digital platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, Fandango At Home, and more. Later in the year, Trap will release on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD, with the Trap 4K and Blu-ray release date officially set for November 5, 2024.
Alongside the 4K and Blu-ray release date, Warner Bros. Discovery has also detailed some of the bonus elements coming to the movie’s release. These include interviews, deleted scenes, and more, such as:

“A father and teen daughter attend a pop concert, where they realize they’re at the center of a dark and sinister event,” the synopsis for the movie reads.
Speaking with Empire Magazine, Shyamalan said he pitched Trap as The Silence of the Lambs if it was set at a Taylor Swift concert. He also said it was inspired by a real-life sting operation, Operation Flagship, that occurred at the Washington Convention Center in December 1985.
