Despite her durability, fans are worried that Kimiko may die in The Boys Season 4. She’s once again crossed paths with the Shining Light terrorist group, and her steadfast companion Frenchie is back to his old habits. It seems like death might be haunting her, and we’re not sure if she’ll make it this time. So, check out her status as of The Boys S04E04 below.
Does the Female die in The Boys Season 4?
As of The Boys Season 4, Episode 4, the Kimiko is alive and well, having narrowly escaped death multiple times.
With season four only premiering its first four episodes at the time of writing, little is known regarding Kimiko’s future. She notably suffered from major injuries following her fall from the hotel in the debut episode of season four. In episode two, Kimiko also got entangled in a heated battle against Splinter and one of the Seven’s latest recruits, Firecracker, which took a heavy toll on her physical health. Nevertheless, the Female was able to evade death due to her exceptional regenerative abilities. Having lost her powers for a brief period in the last season, Karen Fukuhara’s character is now back in full flow in The Boys Season 4.
Despite her superhuman capabilities, the Female is far from being immune to dying in The Boys. She is still seen coping with her past trauma, which included the tragic death of her brother. In an attempt to free herself from her past, Kimiko and Frenchie set out to exterminate a Shining Light cell in New York in episode three. Unfortunately, Frenchie has returned to his druggie antics, which increases his vulnerability as a target. With the Female now relying on her friend’s assistance more than ever, Frenchie’s negligent attitude directly threatens Kimiko’s survival possibilities.
As a result, it seems that the Female might be at risk of death in The Boys Season 4, potentially while saving Frenchie. Nonetheless, with five episodes still to come, nothing concrete can be said about her fate at the moment.
