To My Haeri K-Drama: Shin Hye-Sun & Lee Jin-Wook to play lead roles
The upcoming ENA K-drama To My Haeri follows the story of anchor Joo Eun-Ho (Shin Hye-Sun), who develops dissociative identity disorder after several traumatic incidents in her life. These include her younger sibling’s disappearance and her breakup with her longtime boyfriend Hyun-Oh (Lee Jin-Wook). Shin Hye-Sun plays dual roles as Joo Eun-Ho and Joo Hye-Ri.
While Eun-Ho struggles to build her career as an anchor, Hye-Ri, her other personality, is a dedicated and optimistic parking attendant. Meanwhile, Lee Jin-Wook plays the famous announcer and Eun-Ho’s ex-boyfriend Hyun-Oh. Although he is kind, helps people, and is well-respected by colleagues, he often clashes with Eun-Ho. The latter struggles with psychological scars from the trauma following his sudden break up with Eun-Ho after a long-term relationship.
As mentioned earlier, To My Haeri doesn’t have a release date yet. The drama will reportedly premiere in the latter half of 2024, raising anticipation among fans. Shin Hye-Sun was recently seen in Welcome to Samdalri and the movie Following. Meanwhile, Lee Jin-Wook was last seen in Sweet Home season 2.
