Amidst Byeon Woo-Seok’s growing popularity, the actor’s agency, VARO Entertainment, released an official statement on Thursday, May 30, 2024. It is regarding the Lovely Runner actor’s privacy and safety. In the official statement, the agency has requested fans to maintain safety measures while visiting any scheduled events and activities. They have also asked the fans not to invade the artist’s privacy.
Byeon Woo-Seok’s agency Varo Entertainment releases statement to protect the actor’s privacy
As mentioned above, on May 30, 2024, Varo Entertainment, Byeon Woo-Seok’s agency, released an official statement about the Lovely Runner star’s privacy and safety. It states, “This is VARO Entertainment. First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who love actor Byeon Woo Seok, and we would like to make a request regarding visits to the artist’s scheduled activities that have recently been ongoing.”
The statement continues, “To protect our agency’s artists and foster a more mature fandom culture, we would like to provide some guidance. Firstly, in regards to private scheduled activities, the harm caused to the artist and organizers due to unauthorized visits by some fans has become more severe, so please refrain from visiting non-official scheduled activities that are not publicly announced.”
The agency has further stated, “During official scheduled activities, to prevent safety accidents due to on-site congestion when visiting, we earnestly request that you refrain from actions that could pose safety risks to both fans and the artist, such as getting too close to the artist and handing over letters and gifts directly.”
Varo Entertainment states more on future fan visits and Byeon Woo-Seok’s privacy
Varo Entertainment’s official statement further states more guidelines about fans’ future visits to see and meet Byeon Woo-Seok. It states, “For future visits, to prevent safety accidents, please refrain from directly handing anything to the actor; instead, please pass letters or gifts to the manager in charge.”
Byeon Woo-Seok’s agency Varo Entertainment has also warned fans that any invasion of privacy of the actor can result in serious legal consequences.
It states, “Additionally, we strictly prohibit any actions that may invade the artist’s privacy, such as following the artist’s vehicle after scheduled activities, visiting and filming private spaces such as his residence without permission, and illegally obtaining personal information. Please be aware that these actions can result in severe legal consequences. Once again, we thank you for your sincere love and support for our artist. We will continue to strive for everyone’s safety, including our artists and fans. Thank you.”
