South Park is back with another television special, this time in the form of South Park: The End of Obesity, a special about Cartman looking to lose weight.
The newest South Park special is set to premiere on May 24, 2024, on Paramount+ and will follow the story of Cartman after he’s denied access to weight loss medication. In an effort to help him, the kids of South Park will spring into action.

What is South Park: The End of Obesity about?
“The advent of new weight loss drugs has a huge impact on everyone in South Park. When Cartman is denied access to the life-changing medicine, the kids jump into action,” reads the official synopsis of the special.
South Park: The End of Obesity will be the seventh special made for Paramount+ as part of an agreement reached several years ago.
The first six — South Park: Post Covid, South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid, South Park The Streaming Wars, South Park The Streaming Wars Part 2, South Park: Joining the Panderverse, and South Park (Not Suitable for Children) — have been released in a two per year format, with The End of Obesity being the first special of 2024.
